Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies Scheduling Your Consultation: Book your Travel Dreams Consultation through our online system at least ONE WEEK in advance. Appointments are subject to availability. Consultation Fee: A non-refundable fee of $50 is required at the time of booking. This fee will be credited toward your trip planning services if you choose to book with us. If you do not proceed with booking services, the fee will not be refunded. Cancellation Policy Rescheduling & Cancellation: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your consultation. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $50 fee will be forfeited. If you are unable to reschedule your consultation, the $50 fee will be forfeited. No Show: If you miss your consultation and do not notify us, the $50 consultation fee will be forfeited, and you will need to reschedule and pay the fee again. Waitlist Policy Waitlist Availability: If your preferred time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist to be notified if an opening becomes available. We cannot guarantee availability, but we will notify you promptly if a slot opens. Waitlist Priority: Waitlist slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend selecting an alternative time if your preferred slot is unavailable. General Terms Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your consultation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your consultation may be canceled, and the fee will not be refunded. Modification by Us: In the rare case that we need to modify or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule promptly.
